Pet Friendly One Bedroom Apartments

Our cozy one-bedroom apartments are ideal for individuals or couples looking for a comfortable living space that accommodates their pets. Each one-bedroom unit is pet-friendly, allowing you to enjoy a serene environment with your fuzzy friend.

Pet Friendly Two Bedroom Apartments

Our two-bedroom apartments are perfect if you need more space for your growing family. These spacious apartments offer ample room for you, your pets, and any additional family members.

Dog Friendly Apartments

We’re proud to be a dog-friendly community. To ensure a healthy and attractive environment for all residents, we’ve implemented the POO PRINTS program. This program collects DNA from dogs through a simple cheek swab. The collected DNA is securely stored by a third-party vendor who can accurately identify the source of any uncollected pet waste. This program has proven highly effective in reducing uncollected pet waste in apartment communities. As part of this program, residents who do not clean up after their pets will be charged $150 for the first occurrence and $250 for the second occurrence. Additionally, all new dogs moving to the property must provide a cheek swab to the management office and pay a $50 registration fee to enroll in POO PRINTS. POO PRINTS helps us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all.

Pet Policy

Prohibited breeds are: ROTTWEILER, PITBULLS/BULL TERRIER, CANE CORSO, AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, AMERICAN BULLDOG, SIBERIAN HUSKY, GERMAN SHEPHERD, DOBERMAN, MALAMUTE, ST. BERNARD, CHOW CHOW, AKITA, WOLF DOG HYBRIDS, DALMATIAN, MASTIFF, RHODESIAN RIDGEBACK, GREAT DANE OR ANY DOG CONTAINING A MIX OF ANY OF THESE BREEDS. FURTHER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO RESTRICT ADDITIONAL BREEDS OR MIXED BREEDS FROM BEING PERMITTED.

Non-Refundable Pet Fee: There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet.

Monthly Pet Fee: There is a $40/month pet fee due each month per pet.

Maximum number of pets: Maximum of two (2) pets allowed. Either 2 dogs, 2 cats, or 1 dog and 1 cat.

Pets must be registered/licensed and immunized in accordance with local laws and requirements, and you must provide proof of these items, if requested by management.
